  • Extensive experience in value engineering, peer review & proof checking of structures to achieve goal of safe & economic structures.
  • Designed south India’s tallest residential tower (Tower ‘H’ for SPR Group @ Chennai – Height of 170m (B+S+48 Stories) proof checked by IIT Madras.

  • Extensive experience in design of Challenging projects like 20m cantilevered commercial structure in steel and 6.5m cantilevered R.C.C. residential structure and composite wooden structure sandwiched on steel plate.
  • Good hands on designing high rise R.C.C structures from concept to final design and producing construction drawings in line with architect’s and client’s requirement.
